Suggestion Form This anonymous suggestion form has been developed to allow for anonymous suggestions to the chief resident regarding any residency-related issues. This exists on a trial basis only. Anonymity is not always good, as sometimes it hinders evalutaing some things any further. For this reason, it is suggested that issues likely to require further investigation should be brought to the Chief Resident, the Program Director, or the Chief of Medicine directly.
